Terms of service, refunds and cancellation
Last updated: 17 August 2026
This page explains, in plain words, what you buy when you subscribe to FINBEAR, how to cancel, and how renewals and refunds work. It applies to all FINBEAR subscriptions: RADAR Brief, RADAR Daily, RADAR Pro Elite, RADAR Playbook PRO™, RADAR Academy and Istruttoria FINBEAR.
1. Who sells you the subscription
FINBEAR™ is a trademark of Navystars LLC, a company incorporated in Delaware, United States, which operates the finbear.it website and collects subscription payments.
For anything concerning your subscription: info@finbear.it.
2. What you are buying
FINBEAR is an editorial and educational publication. Your subscription gives you access to a members’ area of the website and to the content we publish there, for as long as your subscription is active.
What the subscription is not:
- it is not financial advice, personalised or otherwise;
- it is not a signal service, a management service or an order-taking service;
- it is not a promise of a fixed number of publications. We publish when there is substance to publish, not to fill a calendar.
Investment decisions remain yours. The disclaimer at the foot of every page of the site applies.
3. Account and permitted use
Access requires a personal account. The account is individual: credentials are not to be shared, and members’ content is not to be redistributed, whether free of charge or for a fee.
All content, trademarks and proprietary methods published by FINBEAR are protected. You may read, print and use them for yourself; you may not republish, resell or use them to build a competing service.
If an account is shared or content is redistributed, we may suspend it. We will write to you first.
4. Free 14-day trial
You can try a premium level free for 14 days before deciding.
- No credit card required.
- The trial does not turn into a subscription: it ends by itself, and nothing is charged. If you want to continue, you subscribe yourself.
- One trial per person. To prevent endless trials we ask for a light identity confirmation: a phone number verified by code, or a real social profile you write to us from. How we handle this data is explained in the Privacy Policy.
5. Prices, currency and taxes
Subscription prices are those published on the Pricing page, which is the only official price list.
The price is shown in the currency of your area — euros if you are in Europe, US dollars if you are in the United States — and the charge is made in the same currency you saw at purchase: your statement shows the list price, not a converted figure.
If your card is in a different currency from the one charged, your bank may apply an exchange rate or a fee: that is your bank’s cost, not ours.
Any applicable taxes are shown at checkout.
6. Term, renewal, changing level
There is no minimum term. The subscription is monthly or annual, as you prefer, and continues until you cancel.
- Monthly: renews every month, on the same day you activated it.
- Annual: renews every twelve months, on the same date. The annual plan costs ten months instead of twelve.
- If the renewal day does not exist in a given month (the 31st, for instance), the charge falls on the last day of that month.
You can move up or down a level at any time from your members’ area. The change takes effect from the following period, unless stated otherwise at the time of the change.
No countdown offers and no forced renewals. The price you pay stays as agreed until we tell you otherwise; if we change the price, we write to you first and you can cancel without penalty (see section 11).
7. How to cancel
From your members’ area, in two clicks. No phone call, no form to fill in, no explanation to give. If you prefer, just write to info@finbear.it: same effect.
Cancelling stops the next renewal. Access stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for: cancel mid-month, and you read to the end of the month.
At expiry, access to members’ areas closes. Your account remains, so you can come back whenever you like.
8. Refunds
First 14 days: money back, no explanation needed. If within fourteen days of your first payment you realise FINBEAR is not for you, write to info@finbear.it and we refund the full amount. No reason to give, nothing to fill in: an email is enough.
After those fourteen days the subscription is settled. You can cancel whenever you like (section 7) and keep reading until the end of the period you have paid for, but that amount is not refunded.
The same applies to the annual plan: the fourteen days run from the payment, and the reduced price — ten months instead of twelve — rests on the year being a year. If you cancel mid-year you keep reading until expiry, with no refund of the remaining part.
The fourteen days apply once per subscription, at the start: they do not reopen at each renewal. If you change level, up or down, no new subscription begins and the window does not restart.
The renewal you didn’t want. Forgetting to cancel happens, and it does not strike us as a good reason to charge you for something you haven’t used. If a renewal you didn’t want goes through and you haven’t read anything in the members’ area during that period, write to info@finbear.it: we give it back. Just an email, no forms.
Refunds are issued to the same payment method you used, normally within a few working days.
9. Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)
If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, the law gives you fourteen days to change your mind on distance purchases. For digital content that right normally lapses the moment you access the content, and most sites have you declare as much at checkout.
We don’t ask you to. The policy in section 8 gives you the same fourteen days anyway, with the same effect, even if you have already read everything: there is no box to tick to waive a right, and no small print that takes it away.
To exercise it, an email to info@finbear.it is enough.
10. Downtime and maintenance
We do what we can to keep the site available, but an online publication can have technical stoppages, maintenance windows or supplier outages. Short interruptions do not give rise to a refund. If an outage were to last a long time, let’s talk: write to us.
11. Changes to prices and to these terms
We may update prices and these terms. If a change affects you as an active subscriber:
- we tell you before it takes effect, by email;
- the new price applies from the next renewal, never retroactively;
- if it does not suit you, you can cancel before renewal without penalty.
The version in force is always the one published here, with the update date at the top.
12. Termination by us
We may close or suspend a subscription in case of improper use (account sharing, redistribution of content, unlawful conduct). We write to you first.
If instead we close a subscription for a reason of our own — for instance if we stop publishing a level — we refund the portion of the period you have paid for and have not been able to read. In cases of improper use, no refund is due.
13. Liability
FINBEAR content is educational in purpose. We do not guarantee results, and we are not answerable for investment decisions taken after reading us: those remain yours, as does the risk they carry.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability towards you is in any case limited to what you have paid for your subscription in the preceding twelve months.
14. Support
For any question about subscriptions, payments, cancellation or refunds: info@finbear.it. We reply as soon as we can.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States of America, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. The courts of Delaware shall have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, the protections afforded by the law of your country of residence continue to apply: this clause does not remove them, and where the law so provides you may still bring proceedings before the courts of your own country.
